Got BSOD when trying to uninstall Avast

Hi,

I have the free Avast version, it’s registered. I’m using Windows 10.

I want to uninstall Avast, but every time I try, I get a BSOD. I tried three times.

The error is: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL = tcpip.sys error.

What can I do to uninstall Avast?
Please let me know if you need additional information.

Got today same BSOD twice on Windows 10 x64 when tried to disable shields. I tried to disable because thought Avast is cutting my internet (experienced this bug before, not sure if it’s fixed).

And even before this my system stopped working, no response at all, Chrome hanged, Skype, Cortana, Explorer, … I think it may be because of Win10 or Avast. Lifted off my battery on shutdown process, because it hanged.

Just a reminder.
Chrome can often mess with the network etc especially if an attempt to remove chrome when it is the default browser.
But i would suggest users always create an image stored on an external hard drive prior to installing not just avast but any new software.
