never got any emails informing me I need to renew or that the system will renew itself .

cant find my order no’ or password …and the chargers are too high for what I bought !!! do you have a call center that help with this problem cause I am for sure not going to pay those 90p pounds

No, you need to contact avast or the payment processing company as stated on that FAQ page.

its impossible for me to trace the number they are asking, can u refer me to a call center? NOT my email nor my invoice number are valid and without it I cant move on.
