I got charged by Avast, out of nowhere in 27 July. I realized it a bit late. Also, my account is not working. I can’t even contact via avast contact page, since there is no valid order number. There was no notification, no mail beforehand, nothing.
Now I got another account to post here. I can provide my original mail name to someone authorized.
Do not worry too much about the Order ID; as long as we have ample information to work with, we can still locate the order. Yes, the order ID is preferred but not an absolute must.
Post your ticket number so I can get to work on it immediately.
