I’m just checking the anti-theft stuff out and I have sent a few locate commands to the phone. I see that GPS and wifi gets turned on silently but the web portal shows no coordinates.
Am I missing something?
did you wait for some time already?
Yup. I also sent some yesterday that got no coordinates back.
In the commands tab it says that a response was received but none show in the coordinates tab.
can you please try to locate by SMS command. do you then get reply?
Okay the SMS replies had the correct coordinates.
I think perhaps the portal is not working correctly?
