Graphics won't download after update 2 + weeks ago.

I need to disable all shields so my graphics will download. I was in Chrome and am now in Firefox, but the problem continues.

  1. What is your computer operating system? What version is the Service Pack?
  2. What previous antivirus did you install prior to avast? What firewall are you using, third party or windows firewall?

If you did a repair of avast via add/remove and it didn’t solve the problem, do the following mentioned below

Also which graphics and from where are you downloading ?
