thought GreaseMonkey was already supported… I guess they mention it again because stable channel is V4 now.
ps: I don’t think you have to download anything, I mean no extension, GreaseMonkey is native. Just go to
http://userscripts.org/scripts and pick up what you want
OK, see my post, the last one, I edited it. Never tried that although I knew this was possible, just didn’t realize to what extend, ie that brings hundreds and hundreds of possible new extensions to Chrome, as said in this article, that’s a huge blow to Firefox http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/02/01/AR2010020102590.html

How can I trust all these scripts?
Is there any way to find if these scripts are safe?
Do you use any?
I’m not very familiar with them, security is of course an issue. I guess Polonus could tell us more. I use only two scripts so far, in Firefox: one to allow password manager to remember Microsoft live.com passwords, and the other one to dismiss the fade in effect on Google homepage.
I use
Facebook Fixer
MafiaWars AutoPlayer
Facebook Mass Accept Requests
I hope these are safe
Hope Polonus gives some advise because I don’t want someone stealing my stuff
