just wanted to say thanks, i bought laptop from daughter and sent e-mail from it today–it hasn’t been used for 1 year and protection had expired-- i am loaning it to a young lady in college and wasn’t sure you’d ‘protect’ me both here at home pc and on the laptop–

however in less than 30 mins i had reg code, had updated system and run a complete scan!!!
thanks a lot for your rapid service-- i’m fairly certain the young lady will buy her own laptop after this semester and form what she say today she will not only use your products but has said she will recommend you to all her friends as will i!!!
