First of all thank you find the kind words on the Forum. Support is actually a two way road and I thank you for your cooperation and detailed information that enabled us to resolve the issue. I more than understand how dealing with any support can be frustrating at times especially when they are in a different time zone let alone country however our support team here is close to the source and can work with the engineers and developers to resolve issue such as these.
