today I have seen Grime Fighter working the first time (on one machine in our office). But after a while Grime Fighter pops up to enter an email address.
a) What email address he wants? (our office internal email address for Avast messages or any other)
b) It was not possible to enter the @, whether directly nor by using the numeric key board (using Alt+6+4). It seems,
the Alt and the AltGr keys are not supported (although the German keyboard was correctly detected and initialised - the
German special chars were working well).
There was no way to cancel entering the email address. The only way to proceed was to switch off the PC. I think, this is not the best way
No problem, I removed my post as that too could have cause the same confusion (in reverse, for other languages) as it had the en-us (English US) in the URL.
Much better to use the edited link you gave and let the language get sorted automatically.
When GrimeFighter was purchased you needed to enter an email address. Please enter this address the next time the window pops up. Please post back here with results.
we have not purchased Grime Fighter. But it was started on one PC in our office (without any user influence). So we have uninstalled it on this PC (but the boot menu stays unmodified)
Than we have tested it on another PC with the above result. OK, if we have purchased, we should have the correct email address. But anyway, if we aren’t able to enter the character @, we aren’t able to enter a email address.

BTW: The captcha is very difficult to read today (I had to recaptcha about 100x before I could read it)
You have now got over the captcha hurdle now. This is an anti-spam measure that is in use for the first three posts, it has to be hard to be effective.
