Grime Fighter fails to restart the internet connection via mobile

I too spent half of yesterday trying every option i could think of to keep the internet connection turned on so Grime fighter could do its thing - no luck. Also have a lot of faith in Avast hence my purchase of the Grime fighter software. My ticket no is FZN-848-64439, but i do hope there is something which can be done to get Grime fighter to complete rather than just a refund. am running an HP laptop with Vista and Huawei mobile device. That said, the Grimefighter is trying to start before the boot software has completed loading which why the internet connections have not yet been started by the machine - or so it seems to me!

As far as I know, GrimeFighter doesn’t have drivers for a mobile device.
Use a cabled connection if you want to run it.
