Grime Fighter not downloading

after scanning and finding 1 System setting grimefighter says it can fix i push optimize my pc and it says downloading and then acts as if i’m not connected to the internet and says
“We’re not able to download GrimeFighter at this time. Please check your Internet connectivity and try again.”
OR it downloads and goes back to the optimize my pc button. can anyone help me with this?

i have a windows 8 64bit computer

If you use wifi, connect with a cable and try it again.
