Grime Fighter Refund - No Response

I purchased Grime Fighter on the 27th February 2015 and couldn’t get it to work so applied for a refund the same day as per the posts I’d read on the forums here.

I’m still awaiting a reply and wondered how long the process takes and when I should hear back?

In answer to your reply I get a screen saying there is a captive portal and Ive tried several things to make this work, all to no avail.
