Please let me apologize for this frustrating experience. It would greatly help if you could open a support ticket and include your GrimeFighter log with the ticket.

The log is located in C: Windows, jumpshot.com folder. The file is grimefighter.txt
This will help us understand what the issue might be and at least provide clearer information on next steps (refund, workaround, etc…)
