Grimefighter won’t connect to the internet…my connection is good. Please refund :frowning: I would like to use my money to upgrade to avast premier.

I have the same issue with grime Fighter not connecting to the internet. I run W7. Your direction to open a ticket only directs me to having my confirmation number resent.

I purchased the license yesterday and have the same problem: I tried for several times yesterday night and today. I receive message that

“Iceweasel can’t establish a connection to the server at grimefighter.”

My network connection is perfect and working fast to all my devices (PC, laptop, ipad, mobile)

My OS is Windows XP, SP2 and my order number is: 10255251962

If you can’t fix it in timely manner, then consider a refund please?

DONE THIS 5 TIMES THIS AFTERNOON…PLUS I TRIED THIS LAST NIGHT…

MENTAL!!!
