Grimefighter and ticket response time

Firstly this is the first time I’ve ever used a forum so I apologise if I have started this request wrongly.
I require urgent assistance re: my labtop.
I recently downloaded grimefighter after being prompted to optimize my labtop. However this has resulted in a huge issue and my labtop no longer starts up windows and rebooting does not rerun to windows.
I have submitted a ticket how long does it take for a response?
I urgently need this issue resolved and need to find out if it can be done without a costly trip to pc world???

I personally have found response in the Grimefighter forum quite expedient and Davidek has been monitoring that forum as well as Eddy and others.

What is the operating system in use ?

I.e. XP, Vista, 7, 8 or 8.1 also is it 32 or 64 bit ?
