I contacted support due to a black screen after initiating grimiefighter after reboot. The support person mentioned it was a known issue with the app. I do not have anything spectacular going with my system its roughly 3 years old and running windows 7 with an amd processor. I mentioned what would be done in regards to a refund or something since it doesn’t work. He mentioned that they would escalate it and it has been 3 weeks + now…and i haven’t heard from anyone.
