GrimeFighter can't run - doesn't find Windows

I purchased GrimeFighter today. Started it. It says “We found 24 issues to fix” (9 unnecessary apps and 15 System settings). Then I pressed “Optimize my PC”. Reboot started. During that process GF said me: “HQ, abort this mission. We can’t run GrimeFighter on this computer. Either we can’t find any active Windows installation or your drives are encrypted.”
Few attempts - same situation…\

Details:
Windows 7 Pro, 64-bit OS, SP1
HP ProBook 4540s

Avast version - freshly updated - 2015.10.2.2214

my computer runs grime fighter yesterday it worked today it says HQ abort this mission, i keep on rebooting it and shutting it doesn’t return to normal windows and it keeps on happening help me avast this is happening on a different account so suggestions. and i cant escape from it

the same this is happening to me now >:( i start my pc and the grimefighter thing pops up, then it says HQ abort cant find an active windows, but i cant go out, how do i exit grimefighter and go back to normal computer? i cant pay my bills now, hurry upp avast,
