Hi Pamela,

We do sometimes have a problem with GrimeFighter when people are using wi-fi connections. The way around that is to plug your PC in directly to your router using a cable. It is referred to either as an ethernet or lan cable. You mentioned you have a good tech person so maybe they could help you with that. Once you do that, you can also restart your router and then GrimeFighter should detect that you are no longer on wi-fi and should work.
