avast didn't send it to you. That was Nexway or Digital River. They handle payments for avast.

avast is using a tool to translate their software to other languages.
Beside that no one have told me, where your experts are located, so why shouldn't I write in danish.
It doesn't matter where someone is located to give support. Don't forget the internet is worldwide. You can see the supported languages on the ticket page. (left top corner)

GrimeFighter is not compatible with all hardware. avast is constantly working on adding more hardware support.

It doesn’t matter if you use WiFi or Cable, the router can still be accessible from the outside.
