Grimefighter doesn't work

After Grimefighter optimize my pc. It ask for reboot. Then it said " no internet" and require for WiFi but my WiFi still work. Just when reboot it not work. I dont know how to do and i try to call Avast customer services in Australia but it too slow. i waited for a hour on phone but no one answer. I have read that Grimefighter does not support/work with ‘some’ WIFI adapters.
That may be the issue in your case.
You can submit a ticket and explain your issue in ‘Detail’

I recently purchased Grime fighter and it has done nothing to my computer and set the scan twice, in fact it is slower on start up, any suggestions?

I purchased Avast GRIME FIGHTER yesterday, it was not activated, I tried to get the page, but finding difficult to Activate same. Please help me.

I purchased Grimefighter on the 9/1/15 and it wont work, just has a blue screen saying return to hq. I have submitted a ticket for a refund but have heard nothing back for 6 days, here my ticket number GVT-442-25719.

Have patience, as posted many times, the process is taking 10-15 BUSINESS days, Post back then if your issue is not resolved. :slight_smile:

Hi shanmugarajahm,

Please open the avast antivirus user interface and go to “scan for performance issues” this should start GrimeFighter running for you.

Hi Lisajam,

You can revert the changes GrimeFighter made by going to “scan for performance issues” then “optimize my PC”. When it boots into GrimeFighter there is an option to revert changes back to the previous state.

It looks like GrimeFighter does not support your network card. We have a release coming up in Feb/March which should improve this but if you don’t prefer to wait until then please open a ticket for a refund and post your ticket number here and I will make sure it is handled immediately.
