I just purchased Grimefighter to clean up my computer. After restarting the computer could no longer access the wireless adapter on my laptop. Got an error ssying to plug into a router. Did that but can’t get connected. I tried relaunching Grimefighter but get an error that says The content is temporarily unavailable., please try again later. So i now have a useless laptop. Anyway to get my internet access back? All my restore points sre damaged or deleted.
Hi ! I’ve got the same problem ; of course, internet access is impossible because no session is open yet ; no other way as to restart my computer and select “back to windows”.
I consider Grimfighter unuseful fot the moment, and regret to have spend my money.

GrimeFighter sometimes does not recognize the Wi-Fi adapter and this is the result. We are very sorry about this and are working on a solution to fix it but it will take into next year to do that.
I am afraid that it’s better to suggest you request a refund at this time. We are very sorry for the frustration this has obviously caused.

What’s been done to stop presenting/offering GrimeFighter to these usesr and taking the money for a product that won’t work??
Even if we get a refund, it does not give us back our wireless internet access. Is there a solution to that at least?
