I’ve recently purchased this product, and have run it about five times. It gives me the “HQ failed” error message every single time. After reading these forums, I see now that I have paid money for a product that does not work (considering the volume of people complaining about this product not working, and seeing no apparent fix). I’ve requested a refund in support already, but I’m posting my support ticket number so that I can be sure that it’s seen.
My ticket number is NML-746-74411. I’ve only ordered it a few hours ago.
