GrimeFighter killed my Windows 10

Hello,

I have recently installed Windows 10 on my PC. The installation was successful and the OS was perfectly running. Then I launched GrimeFighter because it displayed in Avast that it will be able to optimize some applications.
The scan performed well but since my PC reboot, I am not able to launch any EXE application. I could not install or reinstall any programs too.
Consequently I am not able to launch GrimeFighter one more time to undo the change. I try to reinstall/repair Windows several times but an error occurs every time, I guess the register is corrupted.
I made a copy of files GrimeFighter has backup, now my need is to find a way to boot again on GrimeFighter to undo the changes.

I never paid for using this tool therefore i don’t have any licence.
Please help, i don’t know how i had the option to launch this action…

By chance do guys know how can i create a boot an grimefighter without using Avast to set it up ?
