I’ve loaded Grimefighter on the second of 3 computers (purchased a 3 PC license) and it locks up on me after reboot. I had no issues with it on my other computer but I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling on the second computer and can not get it to work after the reboot. It says “loading Jumpshot” with three multicolored bars at the bottom of the screen. Then it goes to a black screen with a bunch of red symbols at the top. A few minutes later it goes back to the Loading Jumpshot screen where it inevitably stays for quite a while before I give up and Hard Restart the PC.
I called the helpline listed on the website but the guy I spoke with wanted to charge me $190.00 to run an online system test.
