Hey, i bought Avast Grimefighter but i’m regretting it, and want my 30 days refunds, but i have read that i have to post my ticket-id, is that correct?
P.S. if it is, then how do i find my ticket-id?

avast is trying to handle all requests within 10 business days.
have tried to get refund for grimefighter , submitted three times , 9th,14th and 21st Jan 2105 tickets xsy-140-27988 and bff-151-32705 , still no reply and no refund not a happy customer
Same here-guess we just got screwed out of $20----has never worked on my computer and have mailed them over 7 times------they finally just quit replying.
As has been explained many times…
Submitting multiple tickets/changing a existing one will put you back to the bottom of the stack.
That means you have to start counting from 21-01-2015.
