I purchased GrimeFighter 3 year licence & paid for it by PayPal, unfortunately I put the wrong email address in so when I tried to use the program it asked me to log in, I didn’t think I had joined the avast site even tho I am a long time user
so I started a new account, now when I try to use GrimeFighter it tells me I need to purchase a licence.
I sent a ticket 4 days ago & have heard nothing back. Ticket ID: AIW-393-90676.
Can anyone help me please I would really like to use the program.
It would appear that Avast is not interested in returning my complaint as I have sent two Tickets & one email to riley@avast.com with a copy of my PayPal purchase & it seems no-one here can help so it looks like I will just have to go through PayPal to have my payment refunded.
I can-not use the phone number as I live in Australia & to my knowledge there is no phone number here to ring.

It sucks when you have payed for a program & can’t use it & you have no way to contact the people who sold it to you if they refuse to answer your problem Emails.
I hope the Mods in the forum can help me.
