Grimefighter Restart not working

I bought grimefighter last night hoping to speed up my pc a little bit. However, upon activating it, it tells me I have to restart. Okay, I thought, let’s do that. Once I initiated the restart it just gave me a bunch of strange boot up screens but would not fully start and I was unable to ask my desk top. I turned it off, turned it back on, and tried again. Same thing. I would appreciate getting this fixed or getting a refund.
