Grimefighter says I'm not connected to internet

I cn use the internet just fine, but when I run Grimefighter it tells me I need a connection and I should get an ethernet cable. Any help? Thanks.

I am having the same problem and when I connect with a ethernet cable it still say not connection. I called online support and they are no help.

Presumably both of you are actually connected to the internet and ale to browse, etc. ?

If so it may be a problem in connecting to the GrimeFighter server.

I don’t use GrimeFighter so I can’t test this.

I have been trying for a week now. What else could it be

Sorry, as I said I don’t have GrimeFighter (I’m also only an avast user) so I can’t say.

But if you have connection to the internet (as I asked ?) then it is either server issues or possibly something blocking GrimeFighter (a firewall perhaps).
