I guess I have problems like everyone.
My issue with Avast is that they said, they would get on this within 24 hours, as I am a paid subscriber already. Now days later, I haven’t heard a peep.
Then I go to check on the status of my ticket, and I try to log in with my username and password, and I cant… SO I cant check on the status.
Taking two weeks is really unacceptable, and a company like Avast should know this. They will quickly lose clients, if something as important as customer service is non-existent.
Anyway. I have a Surface Pro 3 running Windows 8.1 - didn’t know that Grimefighter apparently doesn’t support that. Didn’t see it was mentioned anywhere when I paid and downloaded the software.
I am still using the paid anti-virus program and happy with it.
