I can’t believe they released this product when it should still be BETA (IMO). Purchased this for $19 and it would not run. A quick call to the tech support and they can’t help either. Locks up the computer each time…

They suggest its a problem with my system a recommend I purchase their avast! Total Support - 1 PC, 1 Incident for $119. Thinking I have a serious problem; I reluctantly do so.

5 technicians and hours later; no one can figure out why it will not run… shuts off the computer every time.

To add insult to injury. They tell me they won’t refund the Tech Support $119 because all they have to provide is ‘best effort’ (whatever that is).

DO NOT BUY GRIMEFIGHTER!!!

That said could you provide more information, OS, other security software you have now or ever had?
If uninstalled how was it removed?
