I have got into problem with Grimefighter which which I purchased first, it starts & aborts each time I boot up.
I now have Avast Total Support. To sort out problem I would like to go, step by step sorting it out.
Could anyone confirm whether Avast Total Support includes Grimefighter?

From what I read, it's service from a third party named [url=http://www.plumchoice.com/]PlumChoice[/url] I don't know what they cover and, since I don't use that service, can't really find out what you're paying for. I do know that you can get help on this forum totally free of charge from many people all of whom enjoy helping those that have a problem and need help. :)

I had been quite impressed with ‘avast free’ and decided on the spur of the moment after prompting by avast! to buy ‘GrimeFighter’ and later ‘avast total support’ I wasted precious two half days on the phone & watching their techical help using remote control attempting to make it work, now it starts every time I boot up which is a great nuisance as I have to cancel it and reboot to option ‘windows only’.
When I look at whats included in avast total support I cannot see Grimefighter specified & I wondered if it is an add on I could uninstall hoping avast total support would be sufficient to clean up my laptop.
When I have time I may have one more go with their remote help, but still interested to know if Grimefighter is included in package.
Regret a bit muddled and confused.
