I have a problem with GrimeFighter and asking for support.
After rebooting my PC to start optimization, I got “It’s not you, it’s us” and something like “the engine in the program had a hiccup, details were sent and people were working on it” message.
Thus, GrimeFighter does not work on my PC now.
Is there any ways to make GrimeFighter work on my PC? If not, I would want my money back.
Here is my PC’s environment:
