November last year I bought a licence for Avast after using the 30 day trial, three weeks ago I got a message saying that the trial had expired and Avast was no longer working. I got on to avast support marking the request urgent and got a reply a few days later with a new licence and instructions on how to re-install etc.
Problem! Licence won’t open so can’t be installed, old copy of Avast has left files behind that won’t go and a fresh download of Avast won’t install. I have now replied to the original post from support 5 times but have had nothing back from them. Not a happy bunny!
