When did you create this ticket? Did you do any edit/reply to your own ticket? If you did replied to your own ticket it will be pushed back into the line. Tickets are handled first come first serve basis and it is normally replied within 5-7 working days. Since you posted your ticket number here I will report this to the moderator right now and an avast member will be able to assist you.

Actually 1-2 days passed. I forgot about christmast holiday process… maybe this is why they are late to reply my ticket.

Your welcome :). Just don’t reply back to your own ticket. Just wait for another around 4 more days. I have already reported your post to a moderator here so a avast team member can have a look at it, just in case they don’t reply back to your ticket in the ticket support page.
