GUI is different to previous version ???

Hi,
I just installed windows 11.
I installed Avast Premium Security.
Version 21.9.2494 (Build 21.9.6698.704)
GUI is different to previous version on windows 10
Protection>Firewall>Apps>
Where is the option to add a new program that are NOT in the List?
The old GUI offered options new Path new Rule at the bottom of the open window
allowing you to navigate using explorer to your Program you wanted to ADD !
Not at all intuitive this GUI…….

Do you know why the method was change from the old GUI ?
The previous GUI was most intuitive !
