because for each individual user there should be given a unique and individual cleansing routine,
else you could do utter damage to your particular machine OS and set-up.

Sadly, it’s actually a bit more complicated. The computer in question is 500 miles away. I don’t read French.
All I get from what you’ve said is that I should run Malwarebytes. Right?
As Polonus has said. Just wait and (volunteer) qualified malware remover (person not program) will get round to replying here to help you.
