snotty nosed bugger are you not, reason i asked was because i was hacked twice this week and i thought Avast premier should have stopped it i rang Avast spoke to a person there who then said i will pass you on to a technical person from there i ended up with guruaid. Thank you very much
Guruaid is not related to Avast, afaik.
What you called was not avast unless you looked-up the phone number of one of their offices.
The number listed on the avast website is a third party that handles only some things on behave of avast.
There is a phone number from avast, but it is very unlikely that you have it since it is only revealed for the evangelists on this webboard.
What tells you you where hacked ?

Accounts taken over is no proof that your system is hacked.
It could also be that the “hacker” has only access to your email account.

Hoping you clever guys can help me i’ve just been in the security section and found Advast antivirus turned off and wont turn on no matter what, any idears please

that should be it ,i have included blue screen details which happen 2/3 times a month
this maybe of help to anyone who is trying to help me. In Avast settings, Componets,the first five boxes are all switched off,the fire wall is not loaded, below the firewall every thing is switched on, In the shields control it says enable all shields (5 disabled)
when you try to enable or switch oon there is no response
