Well today without more it has returned to work on the two computers,In which I had Avast free from the beginning it never worked and today suddenly it works… maybe some internal update or something similar

I feel for you. The hack alert function has never worked on my main pc, but it does work on my cheap Dell laptop, which I do not use for important things. I have tried reinstalling Avast twice and restarting everything but it has never worked at all since it was installed.

What error message do you receive, and do you notice the issue when using the VPN or also when not?
Every time: Sorry, we seem to have gotten a bit stuck. This never changes. Ive reinstalled antivirus three times, shut it down and restarted antivirus, restarted computer, I check updates every day, and it never works. Always the same we’ve gotten stuck message. No help at all.
