First I will say sorry for very late re-post, but…
…well, may I ask you, if your anticheat community is using any “anti cheat system”( AC )? I will explain first why Iam asking for it: maybe you know game called “Combat Arms”, good game, but ruined by hackers - and they are still using an “anti-cheat” system( for first time I met that game, still the same AC, but anyway… ); so, maybe, your AC is not “deep” enough, if can not see thier( hackers ) cheat engine/script; I guess any “checking” system need to run on so low level as its possible, just for catch as many threads, so if you try get your service to “Not PnP Service”( PnP=Plug and Play ), or just check those low level services - because they should be “hidden” for PnP Program; or if any “deepest” level than Not PnP, try get your service over there( start as soon as possible, and control/check all services which starting, until they run just for “flash while” - because they can also check, if system do not get any AC, so they should try to hide;
Some time I am working on “virtual level service”, which is not possible to break by “outside” service or other call, and what can run “inside” that virtuality, that control you by Not PnP and virtual service; but I stuck and still have to learn some principes… 
…bad on that is, theres not many peoples, who is seriously working on security, which is crucially needed as you can see by yourself( because by hacking games it begin, but theres more important services, which need to be covered - feks paying over network… )
