Why didn’t my Avast Internet Security stop them, let alone find them in all the scans I did??
I used ‘DETEKT’ and it found them right away!!
What am I paying for here…Dear Avast please can you make your anti-virus and internet security find, delete or at least warn people about these HORRID GOVERNMENT Spyware programs!

I have been using Avast free for years, I almost wonder why I bought the Internet Security package now…I was thinking of upgrading even further but can you tell me if ‘PREMIER’ would find them and stop them or not??

Attach Malwarebytes and Farbar Recovery Scan Tool logs

There is no software in the world that can detect all malware.
Security starts with the user and what he/she knows.

Just a (estimated) guess, you are using your system daily with a account that has admin rights.
If you do, that is already a huge security risk.

Moreover there is another point. It is true while some av solutions may not detect likewise Government trojans (in Skype) as like with other security companies, av companies will or are obliged to actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies to not detect Government Trojans…so they might have agreed not to flag official government backdoors…
This is for instance how ESET behaves, read here: http://www.welivesecurity.com/2012/08/31/finfisher-and-the-ethics-of-detection/

Let’s be clear about this. ESET not only obeys the law but, like other security companies, actively cooperates with law enforcement agencies.
I am not aware of avast's position here, but being US based I can imagine what their position is. Avast detects likewise infestations which are non-governmental however: https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=122861.0

Don’t know if this is a different version or not…
