Hi, I was going around in my C drive and I found this txt file called perfect opened it up and saw all my user info and password. I’m guessing hackhound stealer is a keylogger and now I’m trying to find solutions to delete this off my computer. Please help me fast since I don’t want my user stuff to get change.
Try MBAM or SuperAntiSpyware Free.
I tried both of them and they didn’t detect.
Hi johnlam,
Try to detect traces of it using ThreatExpert Memory Scanner, download from this site: http://www.threatexpert.com/memoryscanner.aspx
Give us a logfile of what the scanner finds as an attached txt file,

[font=Segoe UI]Hi johnlam,
I am no expert to this issue but, judging from the textfile’s name which is perfect.txt, there could be a possibility that the keylogger could also be Perfect Keylogger. Sadly, Perfect Keylogger is considered as a legit software, and so as other keyloggers too, which may be the cause why most AV and AM did not detect it.
For the meantime while we aren’t able to solve the issue, you may use KeyScrambler for anti-keylogging protection.
I did a goggle search and found that hackhound stealer is a paid keylogger that is not legit and people use their ip and keylog the victim. As of right now, this keylog is not detectable.
Hi johnlam,
You can protect yourself using this KeyScrambler Free, install from here http://www.qfxsoftware.com/Download.htm
and there is no keylogger known or unknown able to further log your keys,
polonus
Alright I installed the keyscrambler software, thank you for all your help.
