Hardened mode - please add us to exclusion list

Dear Avast team,

I’m a developer of PF SKB Kontur ZAO ( https://kontur.ru ).
Our customers say, that our files are blocked by Hardened mode (moderate option) in Avast.
Can you help us and add our digital sign certificates (SHA1 and SHA256) to your exclusion list?

They can’t help me - they can add to exclusion only single file.
But I need to add all of our installers (~100 files and some of them are updated every week)

I think there are zillions of emails being received there…
I’ll suggest http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php for reporting potential false positive (archive or site wrong detections).
