It briefly came up twice in NoScript when I was on the Viruses and Worms board at 0230 GMT today. I left it blocked and haven’t seen it since. ???
I think you are seeing some issue in no script as the forums are on forum.avast.com but that should fall under the fact that you have allowed avast.com. So as far as I’m aware sub-domains are covered by the parent domain being allowed.
I have just been to the viruses and worms forum and no entry/script for forum.a in NoScript and the icon shows clear, e.g. all on this page allowed.
Thanks David, I just ran the add-ons update checker in FF 3.1b2 and there is indeed a NoScript update 1.8.7.6 available. Maybe a problem with 1.8.7.4 and the beta version of FF? Are you too running the beta FF?
I never saw that script warning… ???

I’m not running FF beta but the standard 3.0.5. version and NoScript 1.8.7.6.
Hi Tech, no, I’ve never seen it before, either. It appeared on my beta testing machine so I checked my other system. It didn’t show up, but by that time it had also disappeared from the beta machine (glad I grabbed a screenshot). My firewall and HIPS logs show nothing abnormal about that time. I just upgraded to NoScript 1.8.7.6 and will watch for any more occurences. Thanks.
