I recently was charged $60 for this product which I really can’t afford and don’t even use. It was due to an auto payment which I had completely forgotten about, and cancelled the day I saw the charge in my account, but I need a refund because 1) I don’t use the product and 2) I need the money. I have filed for a refund, but received an email which said they “are currently experiencing an unusually high volume of incoming messages, while we strive to resolve your issue as quickly as possible, unfortunately this may take a little longer than usual”. I want to know if anyone has successfully gotten a refund or if I’m just screwed
