have adobe flash player cant use reports

i try to se the real time reorts on the web and script logs but it tells e i need adobe flash (i have it ) i checked my chrome settin gs and its enabled. i tried to download it and adobe tells me i already have the latest version installed i disabled it in settings and tried to d/l it again after resetting the browser…no go

i tried delete avast and re d/l it and still no go…any ideas?

im refeerring to the “charting in real time shields option”

when i try to download adobe in the chart options in the window i get a “CERTIFICATE AUTHENTIFICATION FAILED”

You need Flash for IE

OK BUT I USE CHROME/WIN 7 I TRIED TO DOWNLOAD ADOBE FOR “OTHER” BROWSERS IT WONT LET ME
I HAVE LITERALLY TRIED ALL THE WAYS I CAN THINK OF BUT SO FAR = 0/NADA

You have to have the IE version of flash for the avast statistics to work, try downloading from here http://www.filehippo.com/download_flashplayer_ie/13413/ if you cant do it with chrome then download it with IE.

Direct link for Adobe Flash ActiveX for IE is http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_11_active_x.exe. Save it to your hard drive and execute it with IE closed.
