Good Morning I have tried a computer cleaner and no matter how much I scan and clean I have this lurking in my computer generating error messages even in email links Webpage error details

so I had went to windows live and the message from them was go look in tools internet options content publishers untrusted remove click yes close and ok warning popped up that there are 6 things in that file that can damage computer so I closed it without doing any changes, I can not remove it no matter how much I delete mozilla says will be there till 2014 any ideas please

was advised to check and download from a different computer cleaner than the one I used which was AVG2011 and the results wanted me to buy a different cleaner while I was trying to see what I needed this is a new error messsage Webpage error details

so still in same boat with most of errors, sure wish I could just find a link to kill the mozilla thread that stays lurking I have unchecked all the hidden files and moved them to the open link, Thanks tried they oldtimer thing avast kept killing it , Thanks for help

When you run OTL and Avast tries to sandbox it select run as normal and tick the remember me box
