Have to turn Sensitive data Shield OFF to do database backup

I have a CRM database (SQL based) which contains “sensitive files” with names including the words “invoice” and “quotation”. The CRM application’s backup routine now won’t run because Avast Sensitive Data Shield won’t allow these files to be backed up.

Any way round this? Can I whitelist the database file attachments in some way?
