Haven't recieved conformation email

I have handed in a refund request for the Avast Cleanup Premium, which auto-renewed without my knowledge, and although it is promised that the AVAST support team will get in touch with me shortly, I haven’t recieved any emails from the Avast Support team.

Can you look into this issue, please? Note: the number of my request is 08783290, and I am sure that I filled in the correct email address
