Today I have having a bad bad… Being in a trailer/mobile home where its like 95 degrees inside… and 104 degrees outside and 4 fans running… 
The hot weather is making this day bad for me >:(

You could be like me wearing 2 casts in even hotter weather. But I’m not complaining…it’s going to be hotter and more humid tomorrow. At least we don’t have the fires or other disasters to deal with!
How about turning the sprinkler on outside to cool you off before the mosquitoes come out? Or take a drive to a shopping center and walk around in the cool store for a while.
