Why do I keep getting Internet Explorer can not display webpage messages? Trying to connect to certain sites like PayPal and few other favorites. Any help would be appreciated…thanks!

what antivirus did yiu use before installing avast 7. ?
did you uninstall it before installing avast?
I had CA Security through the cable company (Roadrunner). I removed/uninstalled the program before I DL’d Avast 7
